Why register?
It helps us serve you better! If you are asked to be a godparent or a Confirmation sponsor either here or in another parish, you will need to show you are registered in a parish. It also gives us contact information in case of an emergency or if you want to serve in a parish ministry.
Three ways to register:
Download a copy of the registration form, click here, complete it, and return it to the Parish Office. You can either print it out and fill out by hand or fill it out using Adobe Acrobat and print the completed form.
or Stop by the office to pick up a registration packet Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
or Request a packet be mailed to you. Call the Parish Office at (727)-372-8600 and leave your name, address, and phone number. You can then either drop it off at the office or mail it back to the parish.
